Product Overview
This spin coating system is specifically engineered for applying uniform, high-performance functional coatings (water-resistant, oil-resistant, barrier coatings) to the internal surfaces of square bucket molded pulp products. Using centrifugal force technology and precision dispensing, it ensures seamless, pinhole-free film coverage even on complex 3D interior geometries including deep corners and sidewalls.
Working Principle
Square buckets are securely held on custom fixtures on the rotary indexing table. At each spin station, precision dosing pumps dispense coating material onto the product interior, followed by high-speed spinning that evenly spreads the coating across complex interior geometries. Coated products then pass through multi-stage drying tunnels to achieve a uniform barrier film with minimal material waste (>90% transfer efficiency).
The system is available in customizable configurations ranging from single-station R&D units to fully automated high-speed production lines. Available in rotary indexing, modular robotic, and integrated drying configurations.
